Information we collect CityRent may collect account information, profile details, listings, messages, reports, images, promotion requests, IP address, browser information, timestamps, and listing activity. 2. Use of information We use information to create and secure accounts, publish listings, provide messaging, operate search and promotions, prevent fraud and abuse, investigate reports, moderate content, improve the service, maintain records, and comply with law. 3. Sharing Information may be shared with service providers that support hosting, email, security, storage, analytics, or payments, and when required by law or needed to protect people, property, or the service. CityRent does not sell personal information as a general business practice. 4. Choices and retention You may update account information and contact us about access, correction, or deletion, subject to legal, safety, fraud-prevention, and record-keeping requirements. We retain information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, legal obligations, disputes, safety, and legitimate business records. 5. Security CityRent uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of information. No internet service can promise absolute security. If a privacy breach creates obligations under applicable law, CityRent will assess and respond, including notifications where required. 6.
